New Life and Landscape

I had live in Dublin now almost one month. It's so cool to be here. I got to know new people here for example my flatmates and one Finnish girl and her friends here. I would like to get know people more and more.

My flatmates, they arrived about two weeks ago. I have 3 French boys here and one Hungarian girl who is sharing room with me. We are spending a lot time together and having fun. Unfortunately we doesn't have very good rules on our house yet. I got really angry about it that people brings their friends without asking to house and having house party or as they say "A little get together party". So even trough noisy and arrogant. We are in Dublin now and each other should respect it that if it bothers somebody to bring friends on middle of the week, then just need to tell friends that it's not okey to come. So anyway just one problem now, which we have to fix. Otherwise my flatmates are all so nice and I don't want this mess to disturb our relation for each other. :)

Last Saturday my Finnish friend had birthday and we went eat dinner to "Ciao Bella Rome" restaurant. We spent time there 2,5 hours! :) We had a great time. I ate "Pasta alla carbonara". It was 20pm when we arrived to restaurant, so very late. My pasta was very big and I couldn't eat it all. It looked like I didn't even touch the pasta. Our waiter tough I didn't like my food. It was not about that, but "Pasta alla carbonara" is just very heavy food. Then we also ate dessert! Ah nam nam nam....chocolate cake with ice-cream, so delicious! <3

Last week I also ate in Oscar restaurant with my Hungarian roommate. It's on Smithfild, which is near to my house. There was so awesome food! It was my first time ever to eat Moroccan food. I ate couscous and some lamb tomato sauce with some spicy! So delicious.

The Oscar Restaurant, Smithfield

Moroccan food! Yammy!

I had also get to know city itself. I visited first time in Temple Bar area. There is so old-fashionable, I like it! Good to see this site about Dublin too. What I could say about Dublin, this is actually very peaceful place to live. You can't lost here even if you want. Just feels like I am in Helsinki, even through there is so many things I miss in Finland for example rye bread, so many little things which are normal in Finland.

Happy New Year and Hello Dublin!

It's for a while from my last post. I actually tried to send a post by mobile, but as you might guess that my mobile's WiFi is bad as what... so it never send any good post.

First Have a nice and wonderful year 2015! I think I have! First day of January I had flight to Dublin. It was very interesting and kind of scary, because it was my first change flight ever! I will tell you now that the change flight it was absolutely terrible! It wasn't typical at all, because I needed to check-in out of the security area.

You might guess how happy I was when people told me to go three different wrong places. Huh I just run all around the airport almost 40 minutes. It was not nice at all.

From Dusseldorf airport
Now I had been in Dublin over two weeks and just yesterday arrived my first flatmates! It's weird. And guess what also. There was dirty dishes on cabinet, not nice!

Now I have a job trainee in Scancoming and they bought me Hop-On-Hop-Off ticket for two days. It really was a very nice experience. I will show you some pictures, because as you know one picture tells much better than thousand words.

On upstairs! Wuhu it was so cold! I was freezing.
But sometimes there was also sunny!
First place to visit was The Christ Church Cathedral. It is the older church in Dublin and very popular tourist attraction.
Some religious statue in church.
There was many icons.
Under the church, Crypt.

This is also from Crypt. Nice dresses.
Next to church is "Dublinia". It is exhibition about Viking lifestyle and old lifestyle of Dublin.

Saint Patrick's Cathedral.
It's actually very close to this another church. The reason for it location is that before there was a wall around the Dublin. Then founder of this church wanted that there is a church also outside the wall. That's why they are actually very close to each other.

In front of the Church.

Priest?? I am not sure who they really are.

A very old book.

Wow very old flags. It felt like I moved back in time.

I like those flags in there.
